Muuvi is an AI-powered marketing intelligence platform that helps creative agencies and e-commerce brands analyze ad performance, generate creative strategies, and produce ad scripts. The Service integrates with third-party advertising platforms via their official APIs.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
When you connect advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.), you authorize us to access your advertising data through their APIs. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access. We use this data solely to provide the Service.
Content you create using the Service (scripts, briefs, strategies) belongs to you. The Service itself, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Augusta Productions LLC.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Augusta Productions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before termination.
